Return Policy

• Returns are valid within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking fee.
• No returns on custom / made to order products.
• Johnston will provide any return authorization forms that need to be completed before returns can be processed.
• Products being returned must be shipped in re-sellable condition in original packaging with all contents.
• Customer must pay return shipping.

Payment Terms

1. Terms are net 10 days to established accounts. C.O.D., VISA, AMEX or MasterCard payments at time of purchase will be accepted up to a maximum of $5000.00.
2. Title remains with our company until the goods are paid in full.
3. Occasional supplier substitutions may occur, however you will be notified at the time of order placement in such cases.

Shipping

1. Shipping is FOB (Freight on Board) from the product stocking point.
2. Local branches do not stock all products. Please check with your branch before ordering.
3. All orders require that payment on shipping be FOB from the stocking point - shipping costs are calculated from this point.

Damaged Shipments

• Orders shipped from our branches freight collect that arrive with any damaged goods must be noted on your bill-of-lading and a freight claim must be initiated with the carrier immediately.
• Orders shipped prepaid that arrive with any damaged goods must be taken up with your local Johnston Equipment branch. Our staff will gladly assist you in dealing with this situation. However, we cannot emphasize strongly enough, the importance of you inspecting the shipment upon arrival.
